Privacy
What this site collects
This site has no forms. If you write to us by email, we receive your message and the contact details you include in it. Nothing else on the site collects personal information. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page.
The site loads its typefaces from a third-party font service, which therefore receives a request from your browser.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to carry it out. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the firm without your instruction, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as the engagement and its obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, write to our headquarters at 404 6 Ave SW #700, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. If that changes, we will ask for your permission first and describe it here.
Terms of engagement
Scope and fees
Every engagement is scoped in writing, and its fees agreed, before any work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is raised with you as a decision before it is undertaken.
What you keep
Documentation, operating procedures, test data and the analysis behind each recommendation are handed over as deliverables.
Confidentiality
Nothing learned during an engagement is disclosed, and no client is named publicly without written permission.
Independence
Consier Technologies has no built-in preference for any vendor’s products or any country’s technology. Where hardware or hosting comes from a partner, the arrangement is disclosed in the engagement documents.
