Consier Technologies is an independent technology consultancy. We help organizations plan their technology, measure what it returns, report on their data, govern and host their systems, automate their work and train their workforce.
What we do
- Technology strategy We develop your AI, data and technology strategy, plan how you will meet the goals and KPIs you are held to, and help you choose vendors. We work out what your technology investments return, and where spending can be reduced. The service also covers governance, compliance and security, and local hosting and emergency readiness.
- Advanced automations and AI agents We automate work, including by setting up AI agents. This is also where we build Consier AI, the AI solution we develop for your organization after a rigorous, in-person analysis of your tools, workflows and systems.
- Workforce training We educate your workforce so your employees can understand, use and manage your technology and AI tools. Where you need skills from outside, we help you hire them.
- Data analytics, reporting and dashboards We analyze your data and build the reports and dashboards your leaders and teams need to make decisions.
Our perspective

Is the investment paying off?
Early findings from researchers working with MIT Project NANDA showed that only 5% of the organizations they studied had turned generative AI into a lasting gain in productivity or profit. We help leaders agree in advance what an investment should change, and then measure whether it did.
Will critical systems stay running?
In September 2026, AWS reported that it could not restore customers’ access to data held in a single location after physical damage to its facilities. Most customers recovered from copies held elsewhere. In our view, recovery should be tested before it is needed, and reliance on one location treated as a risk that is measured and managed.
Can we show it is well governed?
Boards, regulators and customers expect an organization to show how it governs its data and AI. International standards for managing AI, published in 2023, now give leaders a recognized benchmark. We help put governance in place that can be demonstrated, and keep it working.
